Symposium proposals are now closed. Thank you very much for submitting many abstracts.
There will be 2 moderators and 4 speakers in the symposium. Please send in the proposal in Word format in English to ascapap2023.kyoto[a]gmail.com(please change [a] to ＠) by December 20th, 2022. Once we receive the email, we will contact you within 3 days. If you do not hear back from us, there is a possibility of reception error, so please contact us again without an attachment file. Scientific committee will choose the proposal, and we will notify you the result by January 10th, 2023. If you are submitting a proposal, please get the consent from symposium’s moderators and speakers.
If your proposal for the symposium is accepted, the symposium proposer is expected to gather and compile all the abstracts of each symposiasts in 1 word document by the end of January, 2023. Please note that if the abstracts are not submitted by the due date, the acceptance of the symposium proposal will become invalid. Please include ethical considerations (including approval by the Institutional Review Board) in the abstract. Please also include information such as conflict of interest (COI) at the end of the abstract (this information does not count toward the word limit. It will be included in the program booklet).
