International Sessions

 The 59th annual meeting of The Japanese Society for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (JSCAP) will have several International Sessions in order to provide opportunities for experience of international exchange to Japanese participants and to facilitate communication between international and Japanese participants.
 Any topics of child and adolescent psychiatry can be proposed, and the program committee of the annual meeting will decide acceptance based on an abstract. Each presentation is scheduled for 20 minutes including discussion. Official language of the sessions is English.
 Both international and Japanese presenters are welcomed. Award for international presenters will be provided, when presentation will be accepted by the program committee.

Date
 The date of the 59th annual meeting of JSCAP is from October 11, Thursday to 13, Saturday, 2018. Although the date of the International Sessions has not been decided, it may be Friday or Saturday.

Instruction for Abstract Submission
* Name, affiliation, postal address, and e-mail address of a presenter should be included.
* Text of the abstract should not exceed 600 words. Structured abstract with objectives, methods, results and conclusions is preferred.
* Key words within three, description of ethical consideration, declaration of COI, and a brief biography of a presenter should be provided also.
* The abstract should be sent to the following address as an attached file:

Deadline of Abstract
May 8, 2018
Deadline of International Sessions is extended by June 11th.

Award
 Award will be offered only to international presenters from outside Japan.
 Amount of the award is 100,000 yen (about 940 US dollars: by rate in March 6) for each presenter.

Additional Information
 Other programs in English are special lecture by Dr. Jim Leckman and a seminar by Committee on International Relations and International Exchange Foundation of JSCAP. International participants can attend them for free also.
